Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Supervise site engineers, project engineers, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, statutory regulations,
and safety guidelines.
- Review project milestones and prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Manage procurement planning and coordinate material availability to avoid project delays.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Approve contractor bills, verify work completion, and monitor project expenditures.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges at the project site.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure successful project handover with all required documentation and quality checks.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Proven experience in managing residential building construction projects.
