Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to expand our customer base in Delhi NCR. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, generating enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the internal sales team, and converting leads into repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in Delhi NCR, including corporates, schools, colleges, hospitals, government departments, event companies, security solution providers, and system integrators.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements for RFID cards,



PVC cards, access-control cards, ID cards, lanyards, printing, and customized identification solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and explain Sensedge Technologies’ capabilities, quality standards, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the inside sales and operations teams.
- Build relationships with procurement managers, administration heads, HR teams, IT teams, security departments, and channel partners.
- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order status, and competitor activity through daily reporting.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support the development of repeat and referral business.
- Identify government, institutional, and corporate tender opportunities relevant to RFID and identification solutions.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfactio
