Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to prepare quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices, and customer bills.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain an updated receivables report.
- Plan, schedule, and process vendor payments as per agreed payment terms.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Maintain petty cash, employee reimbursements, and payroll records.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits, taxation, and statutory filings.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

Additional Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records by updating purchase bills, stock quantities,



and inward entries in the ERP/accounting system.
- Ensure accurate stock updates for all purchases, sales, returns, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams to verify stock receipts and inventory records.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies to management.
- Generate inventory and stock reports as required by the management.

Required Skills:
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of banking transactions and financial reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Interior, Construction, Manufacturing, Hardware, or Trading industry will be preferred.Location: Jaipur
