From handling customer onboarding and processing invoices to supporting procurement and reporting, you’ll gain real exposure to multiple aspects of business operations while working in a supportive and structured environment.





Key Responsibilities

Order & Invoice Management - Accurately generate, process, and manage invoices, ensuring timely entry of sales orders and smooth billing operations.

Customer Onboarding & Support -Set up new customer accounts, maintain records, and provide reliable administrative support throughout the customer lifecycle.

Account Management - Prepare and distribute customer account statements, monitor outstanding balances, and support credit control activities.

Operational Coordination - Work closely with sales, procurement, and other departments to ensure delivery timelines and operational requirements are met.

Procurement Support -Assist in sourcing and ordering supplies or materials as per business needs, ensuring timely availability.

Reporting - Support the preparation of operational and sales performance reports, highlighting key business metrics for management.
