We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draughts person with 4-6 years of experience in large scale architectural projects, with strong expertise in detailed working drawings.
Qualification: Diploma in Architecture / Related Degree
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) sets
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and construction details with high accuracy
- Coordinate closely with architects, structural and MEP consultants
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and technical standards
- Review and update drawings based on site feedback and design revisions
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in architectural working drawings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage)
- Valuable understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively
