Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, channel partners, architects, consultants, and corporate customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Projects,



and Management teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and MIS reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- 4+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Interior Fit-Out, or Building Materials industry.
- Strong understanding of construction projects, real estate sales, and business development strategies.
