Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with stakeholders, OEMs, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, documentation, and management presentations.
- Coordinate implementation and support activities related to UEM, SSE, EDR, and other enterprise security solutions.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, documentation, and organizational processes.
- Support data center (DC) infrastructure and IT infrastructure management activities.
- Facilitate project review meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- OEM Certification (mandatory).
- One or more of the following certifications:
- CISSP
- CISM
- CISA
- CompTIA Security+
- CEH
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of overall IT experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with enterprise security solutions such as:
- Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
- Security Service Edge (SSE)
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
- Experience in IT Infrastructure and Data Center (DC) Infrastructure project coordination and management.
- Robust understanding of project management methodologies and coordination practices.
