- _ Leading the sales and driving and responsible for the business covering Business Manager - India Continents ( Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh )_




- _ Generate Advance Wound Care business from Corporate and Government accounts_
- _ Implement sales and marketing strategy_
- _ Responsible for managing channel sales and service to accounts_
- _ Forecasting business and plan sales activities_
- _ Coach & develop sales team members in the region_
- _ Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, finance, distribution and service_
- Your Skills andExpertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10 years of sales experience in healthcare domain
- Experience in managing and coaching teams
- Account Management experience
- Understanding of the related geography and markets
- Channel sales experience
- Basic computer skills in MS Office
- Positive communication skills in English and regional languages
