Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR qualified who will lead end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring initiatives, and employee engagement programs for our growing Indore delivery center.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to support business growth through effective talent acquisition and people practices.





Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand skill requirements and workforce planning
- Maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, offer conversion, quality of hire)

2. Campus Hiring
- Design and execute campus hiring strategies across Tier 1/2 colleges
- Build relationships with colleges, placement cells, and training institutes
- Lead campus drives, hackathons, and internship programs:
- Develop early talent pipelines aligned with business needs

3. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities:
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management
- Drive employee satisfaction, retention initiatives, and feedback mechanisms:
- Collaborate with leadership on HR policies and people strateg
