Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agent workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool usage, retries, fallbacks, and structured execution.




- Build and maintain evaluation pipelines to measure model performance, compare versions, identify regressions, and improve production quality.
- Convert business requirements into production-ready prompts, schemas, guardrails, and AI workflows.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Implement observability, tracing, logging, and monitoring to improve debugging and system reliability.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, token usage, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code following software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to building scalable AI infrastructure.
