Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions throughout the interior design project lifecycle. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, resolving concerns, and delivering an excellent customer experience from lead generation to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings with the design team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project.
- Coordinate between customers, designers, project managers, and vendors.
- Track project milestones and provide timely updates to customers.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and handover process.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Follow up on pending quotations, approvals, and payments.
- Conduct post-project feedback calls and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service, CRM, sales coordination, or client relationship management.
- Experience in the interior design, furniture, construction, real estate, or home décor industry is preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Handling residential or commercial interior projects.
