We're hiring a Business Development Associate to join India's fastest-growing EdTech studio, helping learners discover the right course for their career growth. You'll counsel prospects over calls/WhatsApp, guide them through enrollment, and hit monthly targets — with full training and mentorship provided.

What You'll Do
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads to understand their goals
- Counsel learners on courses and pricing, and close enrollments
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records
- Hit monthly enrollment and revenue targets

You Should Have
- Strong communication in English & Hindi
- A target-driven, confident attitude
- Comfort with cold-calling




- Graduate degree (any discipline)

Details
Experience: Freshers / 1 yrs - Work Days: 6 days/week, 10AM-7PM - Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives
