Job Description: Front-End Customer Service Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front-End Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer-facing logistics operations. This role involves coordinating pickups, liaising with delivery partners and transporters, ensuring smooth quality checks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business development through regular follow-ups and courtesy calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Pickup Coordination: Arrange and schedule customer pickups, ensuring timely vehicle deployment and smooth handover.
- Delivery Partner Liaison: Communicate with transporters and delivery partners to confirm schedules, resolve issues, and maintain service reliability.
- Quality Check Entry: Ensure accurate entry of shipment details once QC is completed, maintaining compliance with operational standards.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and share daily MIS reports with customers, highlighting pickup status, delivery progress, and exceptions.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain structured records in Excel for pickups, deliveries,



and customer interactions.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and timely pickups.
- Courtesy Calls: Make skilled courtesy calls to customers to strengthen relationships and support business development initiatives.
