- Willingness to travel for field/site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and maintenance of all Reach Stackers (RSTs) and other material handling equipment.
- Plan and ensure timely preventive maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues with minimum downtime.
- Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance costs,
and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance history, service records, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with yard, warehouse, and rail operations teams to ensure uninterrupted equipment availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely availability of spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Guide, supervise, and train maintenance technicians and local site teams on maintenance and safety practices.
- Ensure adherence to maintenance standards and workplace safety procedures.
