Function: Product Marketing / Innovation Enablement

Role Summary

The Product Enabler will drive product adoption, visibility, and go-to-market readiness by creating scalable enablement frameworks, supporting pre-sales activities, promoting innovation initiatives, and transforming product capabilities into compelling customer-facing assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Build tools and frameworks to automatically generate marketing collateral from product release notes, demos, and feature updates.
- Convert R&D; outputs into whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership content.
- Define and manage frameworks for hackathons, innovation challenges, and product promotion programs.
- Collaborate with Infinity Labs and innovation teams to showcase product capabilities and drive innovation adoption.
- Support pre-sales and marketing teams with demos, presentations, customer-facing collateral, and solution storytelling.
- Develop reusable demo assets and enablement materials to accelerate customer engagements.
- Coordinate across Product,



Engineering, R&D;, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent product messaging and promotion.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, or Innovation Programs.
- Solid communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating product collateral, demos, and customer-facing content.
- Ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Familiarity with GenAI-based content generation and marketing tools is preferred.
