Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients globally.
- Promote IT services including:
- Website Design & Development
- Custom Software Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SMO (Social Media Optimization)
- PPC (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- E-commerce Development
- UI/UX Design
- CRM & ERP Solutions
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Conduct online meetings and product presentations with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Update CRM with lead status and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills:




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services and digital marketing solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Positive understanding of international markets.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Experience selling software development or digital marketing services.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web technologies is preferred.
