Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Measurement & Quantity Verification: Cross-referencing physical work completed in office against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and structural drawings.
- Interim & Final Billing: Preparing and certifying Running Account (RA) bills, advance payments, and final project bills for both clients and subcontractors.
- Material Reconciliation: Conducting routine audits to ensure the amount of construction material purchased and drawn from stores matches what is actually utilized in the structure.
- Rate Analysis: Evaluating and pricing change orders, extra items, and variations from the original project scope.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining Measurement Books (MBs), tracking contract terms, and keeping a tight record of client approvals.
- Payment Follow-ups: Coordinating directly with the finance and accounts departments to ensure timely payment clearances and resolve any billing discrepancies
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
