We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Ads Specialist Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Job Summary

The Ads Specialist Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning




- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Recommend suitable advertising strategies based on client goals and budgets.

Campaign Management
- Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Performance Analysis
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
