Job Title : Field Sales Executive

Reports To : Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Location : Outstation / Out-of-City Markets (e.g., Mumbai and other cities as assigned)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Travel Requirement : Frequent outstation travel — typically 2-3 days per trip, based on business requirement

2.2 Purpose of the Role

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for expanding Rasmadhuri Sweets and Snacks (Mithdi) into new outstation markets by directly meeting buyers, distributors, and retail customers in other cities. The role focuses on market development, relationship-building, and driving sales growth outside the home city/base location.

2.3 Key Responsibilities

A. Market Development
- Travel to assigned outstation cities (e.g., Mumbai and other target markets) to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Map the local market — identify potential buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets for Rasmadhuri Sweets and Snacks (Mithdi)



products.
- Build a strong market presence for the brand in new cities through consistent visits and relationship-building.
- Identify region-specific demand patterns and share market intelligence with the sales/marketing team.

B. Customer & Buyer Visits
- Conduct in-person meetings with buyers, distributors, and retail customers to present the product range and pricing.
- Understand customer requirements and negotiate orders within approved commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and product feedback on-ground and escalate as needed.

C. Sales Execution
- Achieve assigned sales targets for outstation/out-of-city markets.
- Generate current orders and follow up on payment collection as per company credit policy.
