Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintaining employee records and attendance
- Coordinating payroll inputs
- Assisting in HR policies and employee engagement activities
- Maintaining HR reports and MIS
- Supporting management in day-to-day HR operations
Eligibility
- MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
