About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Identify current social media trends, formats, sounds, memes, and content opportunities.
- Create and manage Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Develop creative concepts and write scripts/hooks/captions for social media content.
- Work closely with the internal team to convert ideas, conversations, and business insights into engaging content.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members for content production.
- Take ownership of the brand's social media presence and content quality.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, DMs, and overall community interaction.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, views, and content performance.




- Analyse what is working and continuously improve the content strategy.
- Experiment with recent content formats and creative approaches.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, creator trends, and platform updates.
- Use AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, research, content creation, and workflow efficiency.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Someone who can spot a trend early and turn it into relevant content.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Good copywriting and scripting skills.
- Hands-on understanding of content performance and social media analytics.
- Ability to independently take an idea from concept → script → execution → publishing → analysis.
