Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, construction companies, developers, and corporate clients to introduce Terrace Garden India's services.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and site visits.
- Build solid relationships with architects, builders, and contractors to generate project referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable terrace garden and landscaping solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and operations team to prepare quotations and project proposals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain daily reports of client visits, meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software is preferred.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development is preferred.
