We are looking for an Accounts Manager who can lead our finance department, strengthen financial controls, manage inventory accounting and build efficient accounting systems to support our growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting
- Manage complete accounting functions.
- Ensure accurate books of accounts.
- Monthly financial closing.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Journal entries and ledger scrutiny.
- Fixed asset accounting.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Inventory reconciliation
- Stock valuation
- Raw material accounting
- Finished goods accounting
- Physical stock verification
- Manufacturing costing support
MIS & Reporting
- Daily cash report
- Weekly receivable report
- Monthly P&L;
- Working capital report
- Department-wise expense report
- Margin analysis
- Budget vs Actual
Team Management
- Lead a team of 3 finance executives.
- Allocate daily work.
- Review reports.
- Train team members.
- Develop SOPs.
- Ensure zero dependency on individuals.
Systems
- Expert in Tally Prime.
- Solid Excel skills.
- Google Sheets.
- Inventory accounting.
- Manufacturing accounting.
- ERP experience is an advantage.
