Summary Section:
We're seeking a agile individual with proficiency in P&ID; design using CAD technologies, specifically Smart Plant P&ID;, AVEVA PID’s with an understanding of its database functionality, to join our team. The position requires a balance of technical skills, teamwork, and administrative duties to support project success and client satisfaction.
This is a direct contract role with an initial duration of 1 year and the possibility of extension based on business requirements and performance
- Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Process P&IDs;, UFDs, and MSDs as per client and project specifications
- Familiar with HQC & SQC
- Ensure quality before releasing drawings for checking
- Actively participate in CAD meetings
- Prioritize and communicate daily tasks within the CAD team
- Report works progress, timelines, and deadlines to CAD Manager
- Ensure data accuracy between SPPID database and drawings
- Coordinate with process Engineers to align with project standard
- Support reviews and incorporate client comments
- Enhance and refine documentation processes for various P&ID; QAQC procedures.
Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as an Associate process designer, with at least 2 years working in SPPID
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as a Process Designer, with at least 4 years working in SPPID
- Hands on experience: SPPID, AutoCAD and MicroStation
