Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture for improved search engine performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to resolve issues affecting website health, indexing, crawling, and page speed.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns and digital outreach.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blogs, web pages, and marketing content aligned with search intent.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, industry trends,



and SEO best practices to maintain competitive rankings.
- Identify opportunities for local SEO, featured snippets, schema markup, and other advanced optimization techniques.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall digital marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives while ensuring timely execution of SEO initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in SEO and organic search optimization.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and website CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
- Experience with Core Web Vitals, schema mark
