About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator (NetApp ONTAP) to provide Level 2

support for enterprise storage environments. The role involves incident resolution, service

requests, infrastructure improvements, performance tuning, and NetApp ONTAP administration

and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support NetApp ONTAP (Clustered Data ONTAP) storage environments.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and storage-related performance issues.
- Perform firmware and ONTAP upgrades.
- Configure and manage Snapshots, SnapMirror, cloning, deduplication, replication, and

provisioning.
- Monitor storage health using OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager,

and related tools.
- Manage SAN environments, including Brocade/Cisco switches, FC zoning, and storage

connectivity.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality support.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ITIL processes.





Required Skills:
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP administration.
- Solid knowledge of CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, SAN switching, and storage

networking.
- Experience with NetApp management tools and backup integration.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, security hardening, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with NetApp StorageGRID, E-Series, or SolidFire.
- Automation using Ansible or NetApp Workflow Automation.
- NetApp Certification.
- ITIL knowledge/certification.

Qualification
- Graduate (Engineering preferred)
- NetApp Certification is an added advantage
