Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Inspect the vehicle and prepare a job card.
- Explain recommended repairs, service work, and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with automobile technicians to ensure timely repairs.
- Keep customers updated on the repair status.
- Prepare invoices and explain completed work at vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service records.

Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle maintenance.
- Computer skills for creating job cards and invoices.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualification
- ITI/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field (requirements vary by employer).
- Experience in an automotive workshop is often preferred but may not be required for entry-level roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
