Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing the overall business operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor business performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor department heads and team members.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements.
- Support recruitment, employee performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business targets and organizational objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of managerial experience,



preferably in the Travel Industry or Hotel Management.
- Experience in leading multiple teams and managing daily business operations.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
