We are growing our Wastewater Treatment Business Development team and are looking for a driven Techno-Commercial Sales professional who can combine technical credibility with commercial ownership — someone equally comfortable discussing BOD/COD reduction and biological dosing as they are negotiating a deal and closing revenue.

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Techno-Commercial Sales professional to own the complete sales cycle for our wastewater treatment biological products — from technical evaluation of client effluent challenges to commercial negotiation, deal closure, and long-term account retention.



This role requires the ability to engage credibly with plant engineers and environmental officers on technical parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, MLSS, sludge characteristics) while also driving commercial outcomes — pricing, proposals, and revenue targets. You will work with an established client base of ETP/STP/CETP operators across industrial sectors, supported by a strong technical and R&D; backbone.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Technical Evaluation & Solutioning
- Visit client ETP/STP/CETP plants to assess influent and effluent characteristics, existing treatment processes, and performance gaps.
- Recommend appropriate biological treatment solutions from Clover Organic's wastewater portfolio based on plant-specific parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, pH, sludge volume index).
- Coordinate trial dosing programs with plant operators and the internal technical/R&D; team; track and present trial performance data to demonstrate efficacy.
