Role Overview





The Associate’s role is to help in onboarding the customer across functions Microsoft Volume licensing, Microsoft Cloud, Partner Business (Hosting and Indirect Cloud) and SoftwareOne offerings. To onboard new / existing customers with Microsoft, SW&C; Customer Setup & Activation Team onboard the customer which includes providing of licenses, contract setup in ERP, Portal setup and subscription activation.

Working collaboratively, team members handle various tasks to enhance business growth, emphasizing efficiency, accuracy, and speed. The focus is global, with direct reporting to the Team Leader at SW&C; and close collaboration with the Global Service Owner.

Roles and Responibilities
- Assist the local subsidiaries with the setup of new customer’s onboarding on Cloud.
- Setup of Portals to onboard the customers on PyraCloud, Microsoft, and OneClub.
- Creation of contracts in ERP system
- Mirroring of newly activated Contracts in the ERP system.
