Job Title: Renal Dialysis Lecturer/Assistant Professor

Location:Harsha College of Nursing, Nelamangala, Bangalore

Position: Full time

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in renal dialysis as a practitioner or educator.Prior teaching experience in medical or allied health education is preferred.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Lecturing:
- Deliver high-quality lectures on renal dialysis, including topics such as kidney anatomy and physiology, dialysis procedures, machine operation, and patient care.
- Develop lesson plans, lecture materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum objectives.
- Use various teaching methods to engage students, including multimedia presentations, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Curriculum Development:
- Assist in designing and updating the renal dialysis curriculum to reflect the latest research, techniques, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches.
- Practical Training:




- Supervise laboratory and clinical sessions to teach the operation of dialysis machines, troubleshooting techniques, and infection control practices.
- Ensure students develop hands-on skills essential for dialysis procedures and patient monitoring.
- Student Mentorship:
- Provide academic and career guidance to students pursuing a career in dialysis technology or nephrology.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical exams, and feedback sessions.
- Research & Career development:
- Stay updated with advancements in nephrology and dialysis technology.
- Engage in research, professional workshops, and seminars to enhance personal knowledge and teaching methods.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to faculty initiatives.

- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology
