Are you a high-energy closer who loves turning warm leads into success stories? We are seeking a results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, speed is everything. You will be responsible for calling fresh leads immediately, guiding them through our enrollment process, and securing successful admissions while maintaining clean data in our CRM.

Key Responsibilities Speed-to-Lead: Call newly generated inbound leads immediately to maximize conversion. Drive Admissions: Counsel prospective students/parents, handle objections, and successfully close admissions.

CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate, real-time logs of all calls and pipeline data in our CRM.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily call volumes and monthly enrollment targets.





Requirements 1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling, inside sales, or tele-calling (EdTech experience is a plus). Proven track record of converting leads over the phone. Strong hands-on experience working with CRM software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
