*Job Description*

1. *Coordinate vessel operations* including berthing, loading, and unloading as per shipping schedule.

2. *Prepare and verify shipping documents* like Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, and Gate Passes.

3. *Liaise with Customs, CHA, Transporters, and Shipping Lines* for smooth cargo clearance.

4. *Monitor daily cargo movement* and maintain accurate tally of containers/bulk cargo.

5. *Update reports* on vessel performance, delays, and demurrage/detention to management.

6. *Handle port billing* - verify wharfage, storage, and other port charges for invoicing.

7. *Ensure compliance* with port rules, safety regulations, and DG Shipping guidelines.

8. *Resolve operational issues* like berth congestion, labour shortage, or documentation delays.

*Skills required:* MS Excel, valuable communication, basic English,

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
