About this Role:




What you’ll do:
- Deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and support solution rollouts.Configure and manage Compensation and Variable Pay templates, including EC-integrated Compensation and Variable Pay processes.Monitor, analyse, and resolve SuccessFactors defects and participate in discussions regarding design changes and associated impacts.Develop, customise, and maintain compensation statements and reward-related documents.Support and manage Spot Award configurations and related business processes.Create and maintain Business Rules to support compensation and variable pay requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of compensation programmes.Provide guidance and support during testing,
