About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership generalist to work closely with the Founder’s Office on scaling Travelxp Flights, our B2C flight OTA.

Travelxp Flights is an established business selling domestic and international air tickets across web, Android, iOS and offline channels, with existing transaction volume and operating infrastructure.

The focus now is to scale the business while improving conversion, margins and customer experience- finding the growth levers that can move the business from its current scale to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Founder/leadership team on high-priority growth and business initiatives for Flights.
- Use data and analytical tools to understand the funnel, customer behaviour and business economics, and identify where the biggest opportunities lie.
- Identify and execute initiatives to improve transactions, revenue, margins, conversion and customer value.




- Explore new growth channels and partnership opportunities across banks, brands, travel ecosystems and other relevant businesses.
- Work with Product and Engineering to turn customer and business problems into product improvements and new capabilities.
- Identify opportunities across the end-to-end flight journey, from discovery and booking to post-booking and support.
- Work with marketing, product, operations and external partners to take initiatives from idea to execution.
- Evaluate and implement AI and automation opportunities that can improve the customer experience or make the business more efficient.
- Build current processes, experiments and operating mechanisms where required to support scale.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in B2C, travel-tech, OTA, marketplace, consumer internet, product, strategy, business operations or growth.
