Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to support clinical excellence, training, and process improvement initiatives. The SME will act as a key resource for physiotherapy-related knowledge, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on physiotherapy treatments, protocols, and best practices
- Review and validate clinical cases and treatment plans
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical guidelines
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Ensure patients adhere to prescribed physiotherapy sessions and treatment plans
- Handle dropout management by identifying reasons for discontinuation and implementing retention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical and organizational standards

Requirements:
BPT/MPT
Min 3+ years of experience
Good Clinical and team handling Knowledge

Location : Okhla Phase 2

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
