Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell our Hotel Management Software, Accounting Software, and other business software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hotel Management Software, Accounting Software, and other software solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Arrange and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients.
- Visit clients personally for business discussions, software demonstrations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product pitches.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.




- Coordinate with the technical and product teams to ensure proper client onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, sales activities, and closed deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and suggest strategies to increase software sales.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software sales, B2B sales, business development, or technology solutions sales.
- Experience in selling Hotel Management Software, ERP, Accounting Software, SaaS products, or business software will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
