The Security Analyst will be responsible for real-time monitoring, analysis, reporting, and coordination related to security, safety, and physical-infrastructure risk events across offices and branches.Access Control Management for Corporate Offices and Business Branches through software.The role includes system health monitoring of electronic security C surveillance systems, facility call management, incident reporting, data management, and ensuring smooth Command Centre operations through effective communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.




- Monitoring online/ offline health status of FAS C CCTV systems installed across branch offices.
- Ensure continuous operational health of systems and escalate anomalies propmptly.
- Record and report system snags, perform first-level troubleshooting, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant teams/vendors.
- Track all issues until complete resolution and maintain accurate logs.
- Monitor CCTV recording status proactively and investigate any technical snags or connectivity issues.
- Timely update Dashboard files and send status communications to concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor and investigate FAS and CCTV system alarms across all the Treat every alarm as genuine unless proven false.
- Act as a nodal coordinator to liaison between ground team and management.
- Coordinate with external emergency response agencies (Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance) to dispatch emergency support.
