To manage day-to-day kiosk operations, drive sales, provide excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and ensure smooth functioning of the kiosk while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service
- Actively approach and engage customers visiting the kiosk.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Kiosk Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the kiosk.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and qualified appearance of the kiosk.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display as per company guidelines.
- Open and close the kiosk as per operational requirements.
Billing & Cash Management
- Handle billing through POS systems.
- Process cash, card, UPI,
and other digital transactions accurately.
- Maintain daily sales records and submit reports.
- Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each shift.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Receive and verify stock deliveries.
- Maintain stock records and report shortages or damages.
- Coordinate with supervisors for timely stock replenishment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain attendance, shift discipline, and grooming standards.
- Submit daily sales, stock, and activity reports to the reporting manager.
