▪5-8+ years in operations management with a field workforce

▪Proven experience managing managers, not just individual contributors

▪Strong grasp of KPI-driven, dashboard-based performance tracking

▪Elder care / healthcare / regulated caregiving experience is a plusKey responsibilities:

▪Own visit completion, service quality & escalation resolution across zones

▪Ensure SOP adherence (emergency response, onboarding, documentation)

▪Train, motivate & groom team members; set zone targets and hold them accountable

▪Own client retention, conversion & complaint resolution at zone level

▪People leadership across a multi-layer team

▪Data-driven decision making (Excel/dashboard fluency)

▪Crisis & escalation management in sensitive situations

▪Cross-zone coordination and process standardization

▪Zone-wise visit completion % and on-time visit rate

▪Escalation / complaint resolution time and volume

▪Client retention and conversion rate across zones

▪TL/ CM performance monitoring, attrition & SOP compliance scores

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
