Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in life insurance or related field (agency management).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Robust understanding of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills.
- Having expereince in life insurance
