Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Operations: Lead overall hospital billing, cash/credit counters, TPA, and corporate collections.

- Process Efficiency: Streamline discharge billing turnaround time (TAT) and conduct revenue leakage audits.

- AR & Recovery: Manage accounts receivable, minimize claim deductions/rejections, and resolve collection delays.

- Compliance & Audits: Oversee statutory financial compliance, tariff adherence, and internal/NABH billing audits.

- Leadership: Mentoring and managing a team of billing and counter executives.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of healthcare billing experience (35 years in a lead/zonal role).

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Healthcare Management.

- Expertise in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERP software, TPA portals, and MS Excel.
