n₹18,00,000 - ₹27,00,000 a year We're hiring a Zonal Credit Manager to lead credit risk and underwriting across AP, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, based in Hyderabad. You'll own portfolio quality, underwriting discipline, and credit governance for the zone while leading a team of 6.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own credit risk/underwriting for the 3-state zone
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 credit professionals
- Monitor portfolio health and drive corrective actions
- Partner with sales, collections & ops to balance growth and risk
- Conduct branch/dealer credit audits; ensure compliance
- Feed zonal insights into national credit policy

Requirements:

- 12+ years in NBFC/bank credit & underwriting
- Multi-state zone/regional portfolio management experience
- Telugu/Tamil proficiency a plus
- Strong team leadership background
