We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor to conduct yoga sessions for school students in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should be passionate about promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyle habits among children through engaging and age-appropriate yoga practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily yoga classes for school students of different age groups.
- Teach yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques suitable for children.
- Encourage discipline, concentration, flexibility, and overall physical and mental wellness.
- Ensure students practice yoga safely with proper posture and alignment.
- Create interactive and engaging yoga sessions that keep students motivated.
- Coordinate with school staff regarding class schedules and student participation.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Certification in Yoga from a recognized institute.
- Experience teaching yoga to children or in a school environment is preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, energetic, and able to connect well with students.
