We are looking for a agile and creative Writer cum Show Producer to conceptualize, script, and produce engaging shows across Radio, digital, and video platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, with strong writing skills and a flair for end-to-end show production — from ideation and scripting to execution and post-production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ideation & Concept Development:
- Develop original concepts for shows, series, and episodes based on the brand's voice and audience.
- Research topics, guests, and themes relevant to the target demographic.
- Content Writing:
- Write compelling scripts, voiceovers, promos, intros/outros, and show rundowns.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the overall tone and purpose of the show.
- Production Coordination:
- Lead the production process including scheduling, recording, editing coordination, and team management.
- Coordinate with sound engineers, video editors, designers, and marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Creative Direction:
- Direct talent (hosts/guests) during recordings.
- Provide creative inputs to enhance storytelling, segment design, and pacing of the show.
- Quality Control:




- Ensure each episode/show meets quality and brand standards before publishing.
- Maintain consistency in format, tone, and delivery.
- Performance Tracking:
- Work with analytics/marketing teams to monitor audience feedback and performance metrics.
- Revise or refine content strategy based on feedback and data insights.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a content writer and/or show producer in radio, podcast, digital content, or broadcast.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken Hindi
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- Knowledge of audio/video production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content innovation and audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Experience in scripting talk shows, branded content, or fiction/non-fiction series.
- A portfolio of published/written/produced work is a plus.
