We’re looking for a Writer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Dehradun.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys writing — even the long, boring parts where you’re stuck on a piece for hours, wrestling with ideas that all seem like a misfit. You enjoy asking the right questions, digging deeper than the first Google result, and writing with your reader in mind.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. But you should be curious, dependable (that’s a non-negotiable)

, open to feedback, and responsible about becoming a better writer.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

- The ability to move comfortably across formats and voices: from a sharp 60-second script to a long-form article, a YouTube script, a LinkedIn post, or something entirely different.
- The ability to research thoroughly rather than simply rewrite what already exists online.
- An understanding that good writing is as much about clarity and structure as it is about beautiful sentences.




- An instinct for storytelling and an ability to identify what makes a person, idea, or story interesting.

A few things you should know: This is an in-person role based in Dehradun

. If you’re currently based elsewhere, you must be willing to relocate.

We don’t care if you were born a writer, are an engineer-turned-writer, or a musician who happens to write on the side. What we do care about is your ability to demonstrate strong, versatile writing.
