Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the car workshop efficiently.

- Supervise technicians and allocate jobs according to their skills.

- Ensure high-quality servicing and repairs of luxury vehicles.

- Monitor workshop productivity, job completion, and turnaround time.

- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and handle technical complaints.

- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, and Sales departments.

- Ensure proper use of diagnostic tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.

- Monitor warranty claims, repair estimates, and service costs.

- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and quality procedures.

- Train and motivate the workshop team to achieve performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in an automotive workshop

- Robust knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair procedures.

- Experience with premium car brands and manufacturer standards is preferred.

- Proven experience managing technicians and workshop operations.

- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
