We are seeking an experienced Works Manager to lead our workshop operations at an SML Mahindra dealership. The ideal candidate will ensure service excellence, manage technical teams, and uphold OEM standards to deliver superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily automobile workshop operations and allocate service/repair tasks.
- Ensure adherence to SML Mahindra service guidelines and dealership policies.
- Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround time, and profitability.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with timely resolution.
- Oversee warranty claims and compliance with OEM audits.
- Lead and train service advisors, technicians, and mechanics.
- Plan and manage spare parts availability to minimize downtime.
- Track KPIs such as service revenue, utilization, and customer retention.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management and OEM review.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Diploma (Required)
Experience
- Commercial vehicle: 5 years (Preferred)
