Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and hands-on experience in Workiva (WDesk/Wdata) . The role involves analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Utilize Workiva WDesk/Wdata for data management and reporting
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights
- Create dashboards and reports for effective data visualization
- Ensure data accuracy through regular quality checks




- Support development of data models and analytical frameworks
- Provide training and guidance on data tools and methodologies

Mandatory Skills:-

- Robust proficiency in SQL (deal breaker)
- Experience with Workiva WDesk/Wdata
- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Preferred Skills:-

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Python or R
- Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics roles

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science , or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions
