Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent & Performance solutions, including performance management, goal alignment, succession planning, and talent calibration. Acts as a functional SME, drives client discussions, and ensures high-quality delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of Workday Talent modules (Goals, Performance, Calibration, Succession)
- Drive performance cycle design, talent review frameworks, and process optimization
- Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
- Own business process configuration for talent workflows
- Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, and cycle readiness
- Provide guidance on performance rating models, goal alignment, and talent insights
- Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
- Collaborate with reporting teams for advanced talent analytics
- Support release planning and new feature adoption
Required Qualifications
- > 5 years of Workday Talent & Performance experience
- Workday Talent or Performance certification
- Robust expertise in performance management, goal management, and talent reviews
- Experience in client-facing roles and solution design
- Bachelors/Master’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Experience in implementation lifecycle (design deploy support)
